Warranty request

On this page we explain how you can submit a warranty or return request when you have purchased a product from NovaCustom/SnaakSystems. Warranty conditions apply to warranty claims. You can consult the warranty conditions here.

To submit a warranty request, you must contact us. Warranty is the fastest way through e-mail, since we immediately have all the information at hand. In any case, please provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • The invoice number
  • The purchase date
  • The model number of the laptop
  • The reason for the request
  • A problem description as clear as possible.

The model number of the laptop, the invoice number and the purchase date are stated on the invoice.
