Providing good service is very important to us. That’s why we always complete warranty and service cases within 5 working days (shipping time not included). Whether you want to make a request that is covered by warranty or not – we are happy to help you. To do this, we need some information from you. We will then send you instructions with follow-up steps to process your request as quickly as possible. If we know the possible costs in advance, we will of course let you know those too.
After completing the form below, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to return the laptop and a return label** within one to two working days. You will also receive e-mail notifications as soon as we have received your package, as soon as any costs have been determined (if any) and as soon as the service request has been completed. You will then receive an e-mail from UPS with tracking information to track your return package.
* The warranty on the battery is limited to one year. Warranty conditions apply. These can be found on this page.
