We always tend to ship your order as soon as we can, with our shipping partner UPS. As we need time to assemble, install and test your system, we need at least a few working days until we can dispatch your order. At the moment, the delivery time is x working days + transit time. Please note that the time until the shipment depends and may vary from day to day.
As soon as the order has been dispatched, the so-called ‘transit-time’ begins. On the map, you can find the transit time to calculate how long it takes in total until you will receive your order.
For shipments to other countries, such as Iceland or the USA, please note that the transit time takes 3 – 6 working days, no matter what other shipping country applies.
We ship duty-free around the globe* – we don’t calculate any additional shipping costs! Furthermore, we cooperate with UPS so that they charge the import costs to us – this way, you won’t be surprised by additional costs, where ever you are.
* There are a few exceptions. Shipping fee applies on orders below 500 EUR. Also, we cannot offer free shipping to certain countries, including India, French Polynesia, Argentina, Mexico, Cayman Islands, Turkey, Algeria, Thailand and new Caledonia. Please use the text button calculate shipping costs on the cart page to check if there are any shipping costs for your country.
We do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Sudan, South-Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen. The reason for not selling to these countries is either due to extremely high import rates, legal restrictions, war situations or an unguaranteable reliability in the delivery of the package.
